As its name implies, b1Fashion is aimed at apparel and footwear companies and companies handling other matrix-type products (for example, furniture, jewellery).

Utilizing the feature rich functionality of SAP Business One, b1Fashion extends the usability for companies with complex products including style, colour, size, fittings, widths and dimensions.

b1Fashion includes matrix-format management in Stock, Sales, Purchasing and Reporting in addition to management of non-matrix products.

• Unlimited types of Matrix attributes (for example Color, Size, Fit, Cup, Width, Length, Grade, Finish etc.)

• Unlimited number of Matrix attributes within each type.

• Ability to sequence attributes in the correct order (for example XS, S, M, L, XL)

• Ability to insert additional attributes at a later date and maintain the correct sequence.

• Matrix processing in all marketing documents for rapid entry of SKUs.

• Available to promise in Sales Orders across multiple SKUs.

• SKU details inherited from the Matrix parent are updated when the parent is modified.

• Net Position Report shows availability across all or selected Matrix items.

• Utilizes standard SAP Business One reporting for SKU information.
