We work closely with our customers - during the development cycle we prepare a High Level Design Document (HLD) with sample screens, graphs and reports. Once approved, we develop a Detailed Design Document (DDD) which gives you a micro view of the outcome of the development including technical specifications, functional and descriptions for approval and validation. Our Development process ensures we have clearly specified parameters, from customer approval through to testing and implementation.
